The Yard Guard Deck-Lock System by HPI is the latest in pool cover technology. The Deck-Lock cover comes in either high quality mesh or reinforced vinyl and reinforced webbing both top and bottom on every seam protected by rub strips. If you want the best for your pool, Deck-Lock is it.

Features & Benefits

White thread (triple stitching) cross tack & box tack at all perimeter stress points.
Straps run on both top and bottom of the cover for added strength.
Raised rub strip to prevent chafing on coping.
Porous, tight mesh, giving the maximum of strength.
Reinforced webbing top and bottom on every seam and around the perimeter.
All covers are manufactured by the most modern of equipment including a computerized cutting and shaping system.
All specials are drawn and verified by the most sophisticated of CAD(Computer Aided Design) systems.
All Covers throughout every stage of production are quality checked and signed for before final packaging.
Standard 5 X 5 grid pattern mesh covers come with 12 year limited warranty.

Packaging

All hardware is prepackaged in individual poly bags. Each bag (or set) includes the brass plug, brass screw, spring buckle, and vinyl, sleeve.

Facts to Be Aware Of

Step Sections are 8' X 8'. Standard rectangles are 5' X 5' spacing. 5' X 5' grid is approximate - could vary from 4' - 6' for best fit. Covers under 1000 Ft.² the overlap is 14" - 18". Covers over 1000 Ft.¹ the overlap is 14" - 18". Rectangle covers on shaped pools void the warranty.

It is very important, especially in snow areas, to maintain the water level in the pool to reduce the stress on your winter pool cover. We recommend not allowing the water to lower more than 18" below pool decking or coping.

Please call for custom pool shapes or if you do not see the size or shape of your pool listed on this page. Please call if your pool deck made of interlocking brick or stone. (877- POOL-CTR ~ 877-766-5287) The standard brass plug on its own will not be strong enough and may result in damage to the cover which is not covered by the warranty.
