Follow the directions on the bottle.

1. Tile must be completely clean and dry before applying. (the way the tile looks when it's wet is the way it will look when the sealer is on)
2. A Pour a small amount into a plastic bowl. Apply using a foam paint brush. Usually found in the paint brush department of large building supply stores.
3. WEAR GLOVES. Do not get on skin. (won't come off)
4. Try not to apply on a windy day. Anything blown into the sealer will stick and won't be able to be removed.

Once the sealer is on it can't be removed.
