PoolCenter Assure Conditioner Plus

Assure Conditioner Plus is a preliminary step towards a clean and well maintained pool. Assure Conditioner plus is used once a year to help prepare and condition water for your cleaning regime by stabilizing the chlorine in your pool. It is not affected by sunlight and does not affect pH or other chemicals. The recommended dosage for this product is 5 lbs. per 4,000 gallons of water.

Poolcenter Stabilizer & Conditioner

Stabilizing your pool water reduces the amount of chlorine you use in your swimming pool by preventing UV from depleting the available chlorine in your pool.

Best results are achieved by adding 30ppm to your pool water - or 1 pound per 4,000 gallons. Add this product slowly to your surface skimmer. Make sure filter is clean and that pressure is at normal starting pressure. Recirculate water for at least 6 hours.

By using Poolcenter stabilized chlorine to maintain your pool you should not have to add any additional stabilizer to your pool, unless you perform a complete drain and refill. Check your cyanuric acid level to maintain a 30-50 ppm using a suitable test kit. Check the concentration of cyanuric acid at spring start-up and fall closing.

Poolcenter pH Increaser

The correct pH ensures that Sanitizer (Chlorine) works effectively in your pool. pH is a measure of how acid or alkaline the water is, low pH (acidic) may cause corrosion of metals and eye irritation.

While the pump is in operation, distribute pH INCREASER into the deep end of the pool. For every 10,000 gallons of water add the following amounts:

1 pound when pH is below 6.6. | 3/4 pound when pH is between 6.6 and 7.0. | 1/2 pound when pH is between 7.0 and 7.2

• Use as needed to keep the pH of your pool between 7.2 – 7.6.
• When used as needed, will help prevent cloudy water and scale formation.  Also will cause less stress on your filtration system.

Poolcenter pH Decreaser

The correct pH ensures that Sanitizer (Chlorine) works effectively in your pool. pH is a measure of how acid or alkaline the water is, high pH (basic) may cause scale formation and discoloration of pool walls, cloudy water, inefficient filtration, or eye irritation.

To Lower pH:

1. Measure the pH of the pool water with a reliable test kit.
2. Use the table shown to determine the correct amount of this product.
3. Broadcast this product over the deepest part of the pool.

• This granular product is easier and more convenient to use than muriatic acid.
• Lowers the pH to the recommended range of 7.2-7.6 when used as directed.
• A low pH causes the chlorine in your pool to be “over active”.  A pH in the proper range will cause your chlorine to be used as needed.

Poolcenter Alkalinity Increaser

Total alkalinity is closely associated with pH but rather than a measure of hydrogen ion concentration it is a measure of the ability of a solution to neutralize hydrogen ions. Total alkalinity is a measure of water's resistance to change in pH.

Alkalinity Increaser is used to control the Total Alkalinity in your pool. If the Total Alkalinity in your pool is in the correct range, pH control is easier. We recommend that you adjust the Total Alkalinity before adjusting the pH, for the simple reason if Total Alkalinity is too low pH will not stay in the correct range and if too high pH can become fixed and can lead to scaling.

For the best results: Keep the total alkalinity at 80-120 parts per million (ppm).

1. Use a reliable test kit to measure the total alkalinity concentration of your pool water.
2. If the alkalinity is below 80 parts per million (ppm), add this product. Broadcast in the deep end of the pool.
3. Use the table below to determine the correct amount of this product to use.

• When used as needed, Alkalinity Increaser will help prevent pH bounce in your swimming pool.   This means the pH will stay in the suggested range of 7.2-7.6.
• Will prevent eye irritation, equipment corrosion and prolongs the life of your pool surface.
• Sodium Bicarbonate
• Granular. Sodium Bicarbonate.
• Dosage: 1½ pounds per 10,000 gallons will raise the alkalinity level approximately 10 ppm.
  
  

Poolcenter Calcium Hardness Increaser

If the Calcium Hardness of your pool water is too low it can lead to corrosion of the pool equipment and etching of plaster, and if too high it can lead to scaling and cloudy water.

For Best Results:

1. Measure the calcium hardness in your pool water using a reliable test kit
2. If calcium hardness is below 200 ppm use the table below to determine the correct amount of Calcium Hardness Increaser to use.
3. Pour Calcium Hardness Increaser into the deep end of the pool

• When used as needed, this product will bring the calcium level of your pool into the proper range.
• Prevents corrosion and other damage to pool equipment and finishes.
• Essential in soft water areas or on pools being filled through a water softener.

No Mor Muriatic Acid

No Mor Muriatic Acid™ is a granular chemical formulated to gradually lower the pH and alkalinity of swimming pool water so you never have to use liquid muriatic acid again. No Mor Muriatic Acid™ is more effective and safer to use compared to liquid acids. One 2.5 lb granular bottle is equivalent to 1 gallon of liquid muriatic acid. No Mor Muriatic Acid ™ is fast dissolving and works especially great in pools with salt-chlorine generators.

Things To Remember:

• Do not mix this product directly with any chlorinated chemical product or any oxidizer.
• Always adjust total alkalinity first because high total alkalinity will create an almost constant acid demand.
• If you routinely add 1 pint (16 oz.) of muriatic acid to lower the ph, you use 10 oz.of No Mor Muriatic Acid™ to gain the same results. If you add 1 quart (32 oz.) then use 20 oz. of No Mor Muriatic Acid™.
• Dissolve or pre-dilute No Mor Muriatic Acid in a bucket of water first. Broadcast into the deep end of the pool when pool is not in use. Add directly to pool with pump and filter running.
• Never add more than 1.5lbs of this product per 10,000 gallons at any one time.
• Allow pool water to recirculate 2 hours and retest pH. Repeat treatment as necessary.
• Wait one hour before swimming after treatment.

Measuring by weight is the most accurate way.
