experience shipping to over 90 countries and we want to make your
international ordering process as easy as possible. Please read below

What countries will POOLCENTER.com ship to?
We ship to Europe,
Australia and the Americas, including the Caribbean. We do not
currently serve the continents of Asia or Africa.
What items
will POOLCENTER.com ship?
We ship all pool parts, pool supplies, and pool equipment
which can fit in less than 3 sq. ft. box. Smaller than 100cm long by 30
cm wide (less than 100cm x 30cm). We do not ship large, oversized, or
heavy items; such as, solar blankets, solar reels, gas heaters, pool
filters, steps, slides, etc. Chemicals, pool paints or other Hazardous
Materials cannot be shipped overseas.
What about Voltage?
All of our items are
equipped to operate on 110/120 volts, 60hz. Pump
Motors and Robotic Pool Cleaners will not operate on European or other
voltages other than on 230V, 50hz.
All of our items will operate with Standard American voltage of 110/120 volts, 60hz.
What about Warranties?
All items sold outside
of the United States are sold without warranty. US Manufacturers will
not warranty any item that is sold or used outside of the United States.
What about Returns?
Items sold to or used
outside of the United States cannot be returned. All Sales are Final.
What about freight
cost?
Each shipment outside
of the continental United States is charged a minimum $28.95. This covers most parts orders and small items. Larger items will cost more to ship internationally, and these orders are quoted by our international freight specialist, to ensure the correct amount is charged, without over-charging. Please allow 24 hours to receive changes in shipping cost emails, and please set your email settings to allow emails from POOLCENTER.com.
Can I use my own
shipper?
We do not ship using
Third Party Billing, or use your shipping account. We can ship to
Freight Forwarders within the United States who pack items to ship by
air & sea. For more information on freight forwarders, go to
www.freightnet.com.
How long does it take
to Receive my Items?
USPS INTERNATIONAL
PRIORITY service delivers to your country's postal service within 4-10
days for most destinations. After this time, your regular mail service
will make delivery of the item to you. Please allow additional time for
possible customs inspections. The time needed for us to process your
order can be 1-2 business days for in stock orders. In some cases, we
may need to obtain items not in stock from other locations within the
US, so that we can ship the entire order together. This can add an
additional 7-14 days processing time. In total, please allow 1-3 weeks
to receive international packages - all international shipments are
shipped from our Washington DC area warehouse, in the Mid-Atlantic
region.
How will I know when my Order Ships?
When the item ships, you will receive an email sent from Poolcenter.com
or from USPS.com - Please adjust your spam settings necessary to allow
emails from us. You will be sent this email within 24 hrs of the items
shipment (M-F). Please note that the tracking provided is with US
mail and they are slow to update, and sometimes do not post anything
until the item is delivered.
If you do not receive
your items or updated tracking in 3 weeks after you have been sent a
tracking number, please contact

What about Value Added
Tax, Customs Fees, Import Duties, Brokerage Fees or other Taxes?
USPS does not charge
brokerage fees but has reciprocal arrangements with most countries - you
may be required to pay tax upon receiving the items. This will depend
upon your country custom and tariff laws. In most cases, however, no
additional fees come due.
