The Pool Frog Mineral system for above ground swimming pools consists of 3 parts; the Cycler, Mineral Reservoir and the pre-filled chlorine Bac Pac.

The Cycler features a control dial that lets you manage the amount of pool water flowing through the system. It acts as a "water treatment center" as the water is circulated up into the mineral reservoir and the chlorine Bac Pac simultaneously. The system will continuously dispense chlorine at a low level (only 0.5 ppm is needed.) Now you can spend more time relaxing in your pool and less time messing around with chlorine.

The Mineral Reservoir contains Pool Frog's EPA registered mineral formula and fits inside the Cycler. The minerals continually replenish themselves for added protection against bacteria, as well as keeping your pool's pH balanced by acting as an acid neutralizer. One Mineral Reservoir will last the full season or up to 6 months; use two reservoirs for year-round pools.

The pre-filled chlorine Bac Pac is then inserted into the Mineral Reservoir dispensing low levels of chlorine for 1-3 weeks depending on water flow setting on the cycler. The complete Pool Frog System allows you to cut chlorine use by up to 50% (Compared to the minimum EPA recommended chlorine level of 1.0 ppm for a stabilized swimming pool) over standard water treatment programs.
