100% Refund, Poolcenter.com Pays to
Return-Ship Item
If Notified within 7 days
of receiving items, Poolcenter.com will refund 100% of the
purchase price of the item(s) and pay to return-ship them to us if your
situation meets the following criteria: Defective Item (if item is broken or
inoperable), Wrong Item Sent (if we shipped something
other than what was ordered), Shipping Damage (if item arrived damaged
in transit via shipper - this does not apply to Truck Line shipped items),
Item Not as Advertised (if the item is advertised improperly on our
website; we want to know about it!).
Please fill out the form below and submit within 7 days of receiving
items. We will respond to all inquiries within 24-48 normal business hours.
If your situation meets the criteria above we will either issue a UPS Call Tag
or create an electronic label and email it to you based on the email address you
provide in this form. The electronic label will need to be printed, placed
on the package, and placed into your nearest UPS drop-off mailbox or
dropped off at the nearest UPS store. For UPS Call Tags,
UPS will make one attempt to return to the same location as delivered within 2-3
business days. Please have the item properly packaged and available outside
in clear view for the UPS driver to find. Please place notes on door to direct UPS to the package if necessary.
When the item is received and inspected a credit to the original method of
payment will be issued.
Please note that the item must be received in good working order, clean, with
all parts, accessories, and any literature that came with the original item(s). The item(s) must be packed in the original
box. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or withhold up to 20% of the purchase price for items
that have been used, tested, or returned in incomplete condition.
Please note that original items sent to you must be received by us before we can
send a replacement or issue a credit.
