80% Refund, Customer Pays to
Return Ship Item
If returned within 30 days
of receiving items, Poolcenter.com will refund 80% of the
purchase price of the item return-shipped to us if your
situation meets the following criteria: Ordered Wrong Item
(customer ordered something other than what they wanted), Not Needed or
Wanted (item is not needed or wanted), Item Incompatible with System
(item does not match current pump, filter, heater, plumbing, etc.), Cancelled
After Ship-Date (item was shipped before it could be cancelled), Refused
Shipments (item was refused delivery by customer).
Please fill out the form below and submit within 30 days of receiving
item(s). Item(s) received after 30 days may be refused. We will respond to all
inquiries within 24-48 business hours. When the item is received by
the original shipment location it will be inspected within 7-14 days of
receipt and if everything is in order,
a credit to the original method of payment will be issued. Please note that the item must be received in good working order,
clean, with all parts, accessories, and any literature that came with the
original item(s). The item(s) must be packed in the original
box. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or withhold up to 20% of the purchase price for items
that have been used, tested, or returned in incomplete condition.
Please note that original items sent to you must be received by us before we can
send a replacement or issue a credit.
