Poolcenter.com will cheerfully accept returns within 30 days of customer receipt. Full credit, less any shipping costs, will be issued for most* items returned in new, unopened and unused condition. Returned items must contain all parts, documents, manuals, and be packed properly as new. New, Unopened and Unused Items received past 30 days can sometimes still be returned, credit made in the form of a POOLCENTER.com gift certificate.

Please fill out the form below and submit within 30 days of receiving item(s). We will respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours. When the item is received by the original shipment location it will be inspected  within 7-14 days of receipt and if everything is in order,  a credit to the original method of payment will be issued. 

Please note that the item must be received in new condition with unopened packaging, with all parts, accessories, and any literature that came with the original item(s).  We reserve the right to refuse delivery or withhold portion of the purchase price for items that have been used, tested, or returned in incomplete or un-sell-able condition.  All original items sent to you must be received back by us before we can send a replacement or issue a credit.
