Cyclone LIne Blower and Liner Vac by Air Supply is a powerful bypass blower specifically designed for installing vinyl liners and for winterizing pools! Used to install wrinkle-free vinyl liners with powerful suction, or blow-out pool lines with high volume, low pressure air flow. Cyclone is also great for winterizing sprinklers, boats, fountains or water features.

  • New Style has a completely redesigned housing for rough treatment.
  • Powerful 3HP 120V 3-stage bypass motor produces 130 cfm air flow.
  • Motor cover plate is easily removed for motor service.
  • 20 amp rocker switch with toggle boot.
  • Air filter screen to protect motor.
  • 1.5 inch Blower Outlet hose adapter fits any vacuum hose.
  • 4.0 inch Vacuum Inlet mates with specialty flat liner vac hoses.

Winterize your entire pool from one skimmer! In addition to a Cyclone Blower, you’ll also need a 1.5” hose adapter and a 1.5” hose (3’ or 6’) to connect the Cyclone pool line blower to your skimmer. Push air from one skimmer, out through any other skimmers and your main drain, by turning your pool valves, to force the air to travel in the direction you wish.

How to Blow Out Pool Lines:

After lowering the pool water level, connect the blower to a short vacuum hose and a hose adapter, screwed into the bottom of the skimmer. Turn the skimmer or main drain valve to blow from one skimmer to the next. Connecting or holding a second vacuum hose to the other skimmers will allow you to remove all water. You can then deadhead a 3-way valve at the pump, that is lift the handle to turn the valve to face the pump basket, to allow air to blow back to the main drain.

Next, turn on the Cyclone to blow air from the skimmer, through the pump, filter, heater, and other equipment. First remove all of the drain plugs and open the filter air relief vent, otherwise the equipment must be fully assembled. Set multiport valves on the Recirculate position. Direct the air thru the equipment and back to the pool, through the return pipes, cleaner lines, fountains or water features. Those closest returns to the pump will blow first, and as you plug those lines, further away returns will blow out.
