Exact replacement
Installation instructions were precise and mostly easy to understand. This motor to pump mounting plate is identical to the original. Hardest part was carefully removing and reinstalling the impeller since it is plastic. After removing the reverse thread locking screw, i found that a large strap wrench worked well to unscrew (CCW) the impeller while securing the motor shaft from opposite end. All other printed instructions worked well. So far no leaks or misalignment noises.

Power loss in cold weather so the original part was freeze damaged. New part was the right one. Shipping was good.
